We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Activity Leaders.
As an Activity Leader, you will play a crucial role in organising and facilitating a variety of engaging activities for our students, creating a vibrant and inclusive environment that enhances their learning experience.
This role is subject to seasonal and/or flexible employment, primarily during schools holidays and depends on our students' availability. Residential and non-residential opportunities are available during peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Activity Planning:
Plan, organize, and implement a diverse range of cultural, recreational, and educational activities for language students. - Student Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and cultural exchange.
Actively engage with students, ensuring their well-being and enjoyment throughout activities. - Communication:
Effectively communicate activity schedules, guidelines, and important information to students.
Collaborate with language instructors and other staff members to coordinate activities with the overall language curriculum. - Logistics and Coordination:
Coordinate logistics for activities, including transportation, venue reservations, and necessary materials.
Supervise and ensure the smooth execution of activities, addressing any issues that may arise. - Safety and Welfare:
Prioritize the safety and well-being of students during activities.
Implement and enforce safety guidelines, emergency procedures, and risk assessments for each activity. - Cultural Integration:
Infuse cultural elements into activities to provide students with a holistic language learning experience.
Promote cross-cultural understanding and appreciation among participants. - Feedback and Improvement:
Collect feedback from students regarding activities to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall activity program.
Must Have
- Completed or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, and/or relevant experience.
- Previous experience in organizing and facilitating activities for groups, preferably in an educational or language school setting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Energetic, creative, and passionate about providing enriching experiences for students.
- Valid work permit for United Kingdom

- First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
