1. Cancellation Period:

a. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our admissions office.

b. The cancellation period is 28 days before the scheduled start date of the course.

2. Refund Eligibility:

a. Full refunds are available for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period.

b. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the cancellation period has expired.

3. Deposit and Administrative Fees:

a. The initial deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

b. Administrative fees associated with processing the booking are non-refundable.

4. Course Changes:

a. Changes to the course dates or details may be requested within the specified time frame, subject to availability.

b. Changes may incur additional fees, and approval is at the discretion Clan Language School.

5. No Shows:

a. Failure to attend the course without prior notification will be considered a "no-show."

b. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

6. Refund Processing:

a. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation approval.

b. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

7. Special Circumstances:
