Welcome to CLAN Language Schools. Please review the following Cancellation Policy, which outlines our guidelines and procedures regarding cancellations and refunds for our language courses.

1. Cancellation Period:

a. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our admissions office.

b. The cancellation period is 60 days before the scheduled start date of the course/accommodation/transfer.

2. Refund Eligibility:

a. Full refunds are available for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period as per below:

• Cancellation 60 days or more before the course start date or due to visa denial will result in a full refund, excluding non-refundable charges. Cancellation or postponement within 60 days (but more than 14 days) of the course/accommodation start date incurs a cancellation fee equivalent to one week of tuition plus accommodation plus non-refundable charges.
• For cancellations or postponements 14 days or less before course/accommodation dates (excluding visa denial), two-week tuition fee and accommodation fee plus applicable non-refundable charges will be levied.
• Cancellation, reduction, or no-shows after course commencement result in non-refundable fees.
• For groups, the deposit amount will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled with less than 120 days' notice.

b. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the cancellation period has expired.

3. Deposit and Administrative Fees:

a. The initial deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

b. Administrative fees associated with processing the booking are non-refundable.

4. Course Changes:

a. Changes to the course dates or details may be requested within the specified time frame, subject to availability.

b. Changes may incur additional fees, and approval is at the discretion Clan Language School.

5. No Shows:

a. Failure to attend the course without prior notification will be considered a "no-show."

b. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

6. Refund Processing:

a. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation approval.

b. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

7. Special Circumstances:

a. In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or visa denials, CLAN may consider refund requests outside the standard cancellation policy. Documentation may be required.

8. Course Termination by CLAN:

a. CLAN Language Schools reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrolment.

b. In the event of course cancellation by CLAN, a full refund will be provided to registered participants.

9. Force Majeure:

a. CLAN Language Schools is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events.
